M1. Business development, promoting a stable local economy
R1.1. Initiatives to strengthen the local economy for existing companies by developing production, social entrepreneurship, diversifying services in the existing sector and promoting investments in rural areas.
R1.2. Promotion of business start-up and start-up of a new industry for existing companies to create products and services.
M2. Initiatives that strengthen communities and promote local development
R.2.1. Organizing the local area to improve the availability, quality and accessibility of services, and diversifying public activities.
R.2.2. Development of communities implementing SMART village initiatives.
R.2.3. Development of youth initiatives to ensure the opportunity to acquire life skills, knowledge and competences for starting a business (Youth 15 - 25 years old).
Community-led Local Development Strategy for implementation of projects in 2015-2020 in Cibla, Kārsava, Ludza and Zilupe municipalities
In addition to a project application, every project applicant submits information electronically (in the e-mail, which is given in the project call) for the project map “Community-led Local Development Strategy for implementation of projects in 2015-2020 in Cibla, Kārsava, Ludza and Zilupe municipalities”. During the supervision period the Beneficiary clarifies the data if it is necessary and informs the Local Action Group about achievement of indicators and current news related to the project. The applicant of the project is responsible for the correctness and actuality of the project, which is shown on the map. The Form is available here...
